We want people to be able to read the DM Courses website, compare courses, understand prices and delivery terms, proceed to secure checkout, find our company details and read our policies.
We aim to use clear language, meaningful page headings, keyboard-accessible controls, understandable links, alternative text for meaningful images and layouts that adapt to different screen sizes. We have not completed an independent accessibility audit and do not claim certification against a particular accessibility standard.
Tell us about a problem
If you cannot read content, navigate a page, use a secure checkout link or access purchased materials, email support@dm-courses.com. If possible, include the page address, what you were trying to do and a description of the difficulty. You may tell us your browser or assistive technology if that helps; you do not need to disclose a medical condition.
Tell us if another format or way of receiving information would help. We aim to reply within two business days and will consider a reasonable alternative. We review this statement as the website and course delivery change and as issues are identified.
