Who is responsible
JDN COURIERS LTD, trading as DM Courses, is the controller responsible for the personal information we use to operate this website, arrange purchases and access for the four courses we sell, and respond to enquiries. Med-G is responsible for the purchase, payment and delivery information it collects for Dermal Filler Complications on its own site and checkout. We are registered in England and Wales under company number 16884774. Our registered office is 3rd Floor, 86-90 Paul Street, London EC2A 4NE, United Kingdom.

Information we receive
When you visit, the hosting and security services that deliver the website may process technical information such as your IP address, request time, requested page, browser or device information, and security or error events.
When you purchase one of the four DM Courses courses, we process the contact and order information needed to accept the order, provide access and administer support, refunds and disputes. This can include your name, email address, billing information, course purchased, amount and currency, payment and refund status, order references, access dates, support history and records of your acceptance of the purchase terms, express consent to early digital supply and acknowledgement of the applicable statutory cancellation terms. Med-G collects and handles the purchase and access information for Dermal Filler Complications through its own checkout and course infrastructure.
If you email us, we receive your email address, name if provided, message contents, attachments and later correspondence. Please send only information relevant to your enquiry and never email full payment-card details, passwords or identity documents unless we specifically explain why a proportionate identity check is needed for a data-rights request.
Why we use information
We use technical information to deliver the website, diagnose faults, prevent abuse and maintain security based on our legitimate interest in operating a reliable and secure service.
We use pre-purchase correspondence to take steps you ask us to take before entering a contract. For courses sold by DM Courses, we use order and access information because it is necessary to perform our contract with you, including confirming the purchase, delivering access and handling support or refunds.
We keep tax, accounting and other records where required by law. We process relevant information for our legitimate interests in protecting our business and customers, preventing misuse, resolving disputes and establishing, exercising or defending legal claims.
Purchase and support messages do not subscribe you to marketing. We do not sell personal information and do not use it for decisions based solely on automated processing that have legal or similarly significant effects on you.
Payments
For the four courses sold by DM Courses, payment is processed through our Stripe-hosted checkout. Card details are entered directly into Stripe’s payment interface; we do not receive or store your full card number or card security code. We receive transaction information needed to administer those purchases, such as payment status, amount, currency, billing country, card brand and last four digits where supplied, and order or refund references. The Dermal Filler Complications checkout uses Med-G's Stripe account. When you start checkout for that course, your email address is sent to Med-G to create its Stripe checkout session; if you consented to optional advertising measurement, available attribution identifiers may be sent with it. Med-G and Stripe handle that payment and the subsequent course access; we do not receive its card details or payment confirmation through this website.
For the four courses we sell, Stripe processes payment information on our behalf and also uses certain information for its own purposes, including fraud prevention and meeting legal requirements. For Dermal Filler Complications, Stripe processes payment through Med-G's checkout. Stripe’s own privacy information explains its activities and applicable international transfers.
Optional advertising measurement on the Med-G course page
Only if you opt in on the Dermal Filler Complications page, we load Med-G's three Meta Pixels (IDs 1470628301195336, 1550944309696176 and 26699991152944795) for page-view measurement. Meta may receive the page URL, event and browser information and use _fbp and _fbc browser identifiers for advertising attribution.
With that opt-in, the page also sends visit and attribution events to Med-G at med-g.com/api/landings/23/visit and med-g.com/api/landings/track-ad/dermal-filler-complications. Depending on what is available, these events include _fbp, _fbc, a browser visitor identifier, the page URL and a page-view event ID. Med-G may pass the visit event to Meta through its Conversions API; the event ID helps match it with the browser Pixel event. Med-G and Meta receive this information for advertising measurement and attribution.
This optional measurement does not start until you accept it. You can withdraw consent using the control on the Dermal Filler Complications page; withdrawal stops future optional tracking there but does not undo information already sent. Starting Med-G checkout sends the email address you enter to Med-G for the purchase, whether or not you opt in to advertising measurement. Med-G's and Meta's privacy information explains their subsequent processing.
Who receives information
The website is hosted on Namecheap Shared Hosting. Namecheap provides the hosting, network delivery and security infrastructure and may process the limited technical information needed to deliver and protect the website. Stripe processes checkout and payment information for the four courses we sell. Med-G and its Stripe checkout receive information needed for the Dermal Filler Complications purchase. Service providers that host or deliver our course materials may process the contact and access information needed to provide our courses.
Emails to our published addresses are forwarded by Namecheap to a mailbox hosted by Google Gmail, so both providers process those communications. Authorised people helping us operate the service or respond to customers may access information where needed for that work.
We may disclose relevant information to professional advisers, payment or fraud-prevention partners, courts or public authorities where necessary for a legal obligation, investigation or legal claim. We do not allow service providers handling our four course orders to use that customer information for their own marketing. International processing
Our website, payment, email, course-delivery and optional advertising-measurement providers use international infrastructure. Personal information may be processed outside the United Kingdom, including in the United States.
Where UK data protection law requires a transfer safeguard, the relevant provider or contracting party may rely on an adequacy regulation, the UK Extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, the International Data Transfer Agreement, standard contractual clauses with the UK Addendum, or another lawful safeguard. How long we keep information
We normally keep pre-purchase enquiries that do not lead to a sale for up to 12 months after the last interaction. We normally keep closed support correspondence for up to two years unless the matter relates to an order, complaint, dispute or legal claim that requires longer retention.
For the four courses we sell, we keep purchase, payment, refund and related accounting records for up to six years after the end of the relevant financial year, or longer where a legal requirement, tax enquiry or unresolved claim requires it. Access records for those courses are kept for the access period and as reasonably needed afterwards to resolve support, misuse or legal issues. Med-G controls retention of its own purchase and access records for Dermal Filler Complications.
Technical and security logs are kept according to operational need and provider settings. We review information and delete or anonymise it when it is no longer reasonably needed for the purpose for which it was collected.
Your rights and complaints
Depending on the circumstances, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or a portable copy of personal information. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests and may withdraw consent where consent is the lawful basis. Rights can be subject to legal conditions and exceptions. We may need proportionate information to confirm your identity before responding.
You can raise a privacy complaint with us through our Contact page. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at Information Commissioner’s Office. We will update this notice when our activities or the information we process change.
