Who we are and how to contact us
DM Courses is a trading name of JDN COURIERS LTD, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 16884774. Our registered office is 3rd Floor, 86-90 Paul Street, London EC2A 4NE, United Kingdom. References to “we”, “us” and “our” mean JDN COURIERS LTD.
These terms apply to dm-courses.com and to purchases of our digital courses. Please read and save or print them before purchasing. Contact support@dm-courses.com or call +44 7473 987072 with questions about a course, order, access or these terms.
Our courses
Our courses are self-paced digital learning materials in English. Each course page describes its audience, curriculum, format, technical requirements, learning outcomes and included materials. Please read that description before purchasing. Your purchase covers the selected course only.
Courses are intended for adults aged 18 or over. You need a valid email address, an internet connection, a modern web browser and a PDF reader. A desktop or tablet is recommended for completing worksheets.
Secure checkout and orders
Each course page links directly to an official Stripe-hosted checkout for the selected course. Opening checkout does not take payment, create a contract, enrol you or reserve a place.
Before you pay, the course page identifies the course, USD 29 base price, access period and refund terms and provides links to these Terms & Conditions, our Delivery & Refunds policy and Privacy Notice. Stripe Checkout requires you to accept these Terms & Conditions and make an active delivery choice. You may expressly consent to supply beginning within 24 hours after successful payment and acknowledge that your statutory right to cancel ends when supply begins, or decline early supply and receive access after the 14-day statutory cancellation period. Our separate 14-day full refund policy applies either way.
Your contract with us is formed when Stripe confirms that payment succeeded. We then send an order confirmation recording the purchase date, course, amount paid and applicable terms.
Price and payment
Each course costs USD 29 as a one-time payment. This is the total price and includes any applicable taxes we are required to charge. We do not add delivery or payment-processing charges. There is no subscription, automatic renewal or recurring payment.
Stripe may offer a local-currency amount that includes a separately disclosed currency-conversion charge; where available, you can select USD instead. Your bank or payment provider may also apply its own exchange rate or charges. Stripe processes the payment. Do not send full card details to us by email or through this website.
Digital delivery and access
We send your course access link to the email address provided at checkout after Stripe confirms successful payment. If you consent to early digital supply, we send access normally shortly after confirmation and always within 24 hours. If you decline early supply, we send access after the 14-day statutory cancellation period. Nothing is shipped physically.
You receive 12 months of access from the date we first make the course available to you. The access email states the start and expiry dates. Check your spam folder and contact support@dm-courses.com if the email is overdue under your selected delivery option or the link does not work.
Personal licence and intellectual property
Course access is a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence for your personal learning. You may download the worksheets we make available and keep your completed copies for personal use.
You must not share an access link, give another person access, resell access, record or copy substantial parts of a course, or redistribute course materials without our permission. This restriction does not affect uses permitted by applicable law.
Educational purpose and outcomes
Our courses provide general education and planning tools. They are not legal, tax, customs, financial or investment advice and do not replace current official guidance or advice based on your circumstances. Platform rules, fees, tax requirements and import requirements can change, so check current authoritative sources before acting.
We do not promise that a course will produce income, profit, platform approval, business success, customs clearance or any other commercial result. Your decisions, purchases, listings, shipments and business activities remain your responsibility.
Selling on Amazon is an independent educational course by DM Courses. DM Courses and JDN COURIERS LTD are not affiliated with or endorsed by Amazon. Third-party names and links are used for identification or information and remain subject to their owners’ terms.
Cancellations, refunds and consumer rights
Our Delivery & Refunds policy forms part of these terms. It provides a full refund for any reason when requested within 14 calendar days of purchase, even if you have opened, used or completed the course. It also explains delivery problems, refund timing and statutory rights.
For UK consumers, we require express consent before beginning to supply digital content during the statutory cancellation period and acknowledgement that the statutory cancellation right ends when supply begins. This consent and acknowledgement must be recorded in the purchasing process. Our separate 14-day full refund policy still applies after supply begins. Nothing in these terms removes or limits mandatory consumer rights.
Website use and availability
You may browse the website and save or print reasonable extracts for your own information. Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, interfere with its operation or use it unlawfully. Links to this website must not falsely suggest our endorsement or partnership.
We aim to keep the website and course access available, but temporary maintenance, security events or technical problems may interrupt them. If a problem materially affects purchased access, contact us so we can restore access or provide the remedy required by law.
Liability, changes and applicable law
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or removes rights you have under applicable consumer law.
We may update these terms for future website use and purchases. The version supplied with your order continues to apply to that purchase unless a change is required by law or you agree to it. The date shown on this page identifies the current version.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory protections available to you as a consumer. Nothing here prevents you from bringing a claim in a court available to you under applicable law.
